Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
Provides operational and administrative support to the People Operations function by executing and
coordinating HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with compliancerelated
activities. Serves as a resource to employees and managers by providing information on
established HR policies and procedures, and supports the delivery of People Operations programs and
initiatives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supports People Operations by performing complex and specialized administrative tasks, including processing
employee status changes, maintaining and tracking records, generating reports, and providing information to
staff on established HR policies and processes.
* Coordinates with Occupational Health and authorized vendors to meet health and screening requirements,
including organizing wellness programs and events, maintaining records, and producing reports.
* Maintains employee records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information such as contact details, job
classification, pay rates, and organizational structure.
* Coordinates and supports company-wide meetings and programs, such as new hire orientation, onboarding,
and health and wellness initiatives; may assist in facilitation as needed.
* Conducts or supports record audits and prepares data for required reports, including I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings,
payroll audits, and other compliance-related reviews.
* Maintains working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and
follows established procedures to support compliance.
* Conducts or assists with exit interviews and supports intake processes for leave of absence and workplace
accommodations in accordance with established guidelines.
* Assists with the administration of employee benefits, including collecting and submitting employee information
and status changes to benefit carriers or brokers.
* Handles sensitive information with discretion and maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
* Participates in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
* Provides guidance and day-to-day support to People Coordinators on processes and procedures; may assist in
coordinating workflow as directed.
